I just booked and it says 3 hours on the email confirmation. Is that accurate?
Our booking system forces us to select a time amount. This prevents anyone else from booking during the same time with the same cleaner. This is just an estimate based on the time it takes on average. It could take more or less. If you have time restrictions please note that in your booking.
I got my invoice - does a tip go to the cleaner?
Yes! Your tip goes directly to the cleaner who cleaned your home! However, cleaners do prefer cash tips if and when possible but of course that's not required and they appreciate any tip. Thank you for your generosity!
I need a specific date. Do you have a wait list?
Yes - if you need a specific day/time that's not listed as available on the booking site, please text Becca and we will add you to our wait list. Likely if we are at the point where there aren't any slots for a month, we are probably in the process of hiring a new cleaner and so you will probably get the desired day you need. So please contact us!!
What products do you use? What if I want you to use something specific?
Each contracted cleaner brings the products they feel best using. However we will also use any product you want to leave out for the cleaner, please just note that in your booking or reach out to Becca!

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to us reserving a day and time for you to perform your cleaning, no one else is able to book with your cleaner. If you cancel last minute, or even a few days before, it's often difficult for us to fill that time slot. Please be considerate and give us as much advance notice as possible if you need to reschedule. However, we understand things happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours we do charge a $40 fee that goes directly to the cleaner. If the cleaner arrives and cannot get into the property within 20 minutes of arrival, we will charge a $75 no show fee once the cleaner leaves the property. Again, this goes directly to the cleaner to supplement the lost income for that day. In addition, if you cancel or reschedule frequently we will unfortunately not be able to work with you.
