Whole House Standard Cleaning
$165 New Client
$150 Returning Client (must return within 2 months of previous visit)
Service includes:

Deep clean 1.5 / 2 bathrooms (toilet, bathtub, shower, floors, mirrors, outside trash, sink, counters, baseboards)

Vacuum/sweep/mop entire house including hallways, stairs and bedrooms (unless rooms are inaccessible / too cluttered to access)
-
Standard clean in kitchen (wipe down all surfaces / countertops, outside of fridge, outside dishwasher, stovetop, trashcan & sweep/mop, microwave front)

Dusting of home in all open areas, including open bedrooms (blinds, surfaces, baseboards, corners, windowsills, etc.)

Remove trash from full trashcans & replace with fresh bag

** Please be flexible on afternoon arrival times as we are often coming from a morning house to your home, or the first cleaning of the day can occasionally run a little longer.

Move out or move in cleanings include the insides of all appliances and an extra detailed touch! Use this link to book so we ensure we have enough time to take care of your home. We also only send the most experienced and detailed cleaners for this service since we understand landlords have a very high expectation. On average this service costs around $200-$300 but can go up or down depending on the size and condition of the home.

Our method is to help people find a solution to their clutter that will actually LAST long term. We will help you decide what needs to stay, and what needs to go during your visit. We don't put pressure on clients but we are very good at helping you talk through in the moment what you need to keep and what may be good to donate/give to friends/family etc. Many clients feel overwhelmed by a task and just want someone there to walk them through the process. We would love to be there to support you as you organize your space in the way you want, if that makes sense for you!
We will gladly lessen the burden by taking any items you would like to donate to Goodwill on the day of the service, free of charge (as long as it can fit into a sedan & the items are able to be bagged). This is up to the discretion of each organizer.
Once you book please send images of your space to Becca and we can talk through how the service will go ahead of time. We also want to ensure you have enough storage space for us to make a successful visit (i.e. do you have enough clothing hangers? Storage bins? etc)
